[LOGic] CHANGE IN UA0 REPORTING?

Try tools/updte awards progress info.

Probably just a note to myself from the early days of ADIF before the ARRL released their 
DXCC numbers.  Just erase the ADIF:UA9 part from tools/setup/list of valid values.  
However, it isn't hurting anything.

Does it show UA0 in red??
