I found an archive about setting up the prefix table for R1ANN as /CE9, 
Antarctica (1/11/06 reflector).

I have worked Antartica stations numerous times, but not R1ANN. What other 
rules/stations should/can be set up in the Prefix List to start counting 
this entity?

If on Antarctica, are all stations considered /CE9?
