[LOGic] How to make County field null for a QSO?

<LOL> Well, maybe Dennis could shed some light on that one! Academic at this
point, though, because I was able to fix the problem. Probably some kind of
version-itis thing, or maybe a result of installation choices, or... Who
knows? This obstacle occurred in both my LOGic 7 and LOGic 8; don't know about
anything earlier than that.
