[LOGic] Mouse wheel scrolling

Actually with a motherboard possessing on-board video, the addition of a
dual monitor card (DVI and Analog outputs) will allow 3 monitors. That's
what I did.

I'll bet not too many can try it on monitor #3 ;-)

When placing the spot log on any monitor other than monitor #1 as defined in
windows, I cannot scroll the spot log with the mouse wheel. I run 3 monitors
and it does not work on #2 and #3. If I drag the spot log to monitor #1,
then it works.

The webcluster windows CAN be scrolled on other monitors as can the callbook
window.

The pull-down lists on the DXCC Progress and Info windows cannot be scrolled
by mouse on any window.

Programs such as Outlook and TRX-Manager can be scrolled on any monitor.

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks

Ben
