[LOGic] Creating New Award Report

I've been trying to create a new award report for World Radio's 31 on 31 Award.  However, when I assign a new name to the new report, it at first accepts the name, and then it starts with a string of error messages.  I can't get any further than this to actually create the parameters of the report, which is fairly simply -- counting the number of stations I've worked on PSK in unique countries.  Perhaps, I've got something corrupt on my system.  Is anyone else having this problem?
