Yes a bandmap would be better than the current map that takes up too much
room that you have to roll your mouse over to see the callsigns.

If I could have only one feature added to a new version, it would be a
bandmap similar to that in some of the contesting programs.  The spot log,
spot map, and ability to do various filterings have their own very storng
points, but the ability to see who is on a band where and what status they
have against my needs would be a very powerful tool--in contests or for
general logging.  As a somewhat distant second choice, there is a bandmap
program from VE3NEA which has the ability to link to a logging program if
that program has the appropriate hooks.

After operating various logging/contesting software there are a few features
I would like to have in logic

That I am missing or doing something wrong.

 

1.	the ability to type in a prefix and instantly see if I worked them
on other bands/modes, something

      similar to the progress list without the pull down menu where I gotta
keep searching for the correct prefix.

 

2. label the buttons in the keyer to reflect what they send instead of
having to roll the mouse pointer over them and wait for the popup.

 

 

3         .automatically reset the rotor and radio interface if not
responding after a certain time.
