[LOGic] Options for the digital modes?

I am a long time user of TRX-Manager and am just about decided to 
link this up with Logic 8.

One of the new things I would like to try are the digital modes with 
good integration to Logic.  I would be grateful if any digital mode 
users could give me the benefit of their experience of both software 
and interface unit.

As far as software is concerned it seems Hamscope and MixW are two 
possible options.

As far as hardware is concerned, I would like to use an interface 
unit that uses USB and has its own sound card.  I like the look of 
the Tigertronics Signal Link USB and there is also the Rigexpert 
units that MixW also produce (but seem rather more pricey). Am happy 
to consider others.

As I want to experiment, flexibility and ease of set up are important 
and of course the integration with Logic.

Any comments would be most welcome.
