[LOGic] Fixing damaged memo log.fpt file

When I try to do an ADIF export I am receiving a message "Program 
Error-- Memo file C:\LOGic8\logdata\log.fpt is missing or invalid".

I have tried the following:
1. Ran Clean and then started LOGic to allow  indexes to be "rebuilt"

2. Ran Tools ... Database Reindex

I am running LOGic 8.0.66 with Windows XP. Everything has been running 
fine for years.
