[LOGic] 8.0.66 for you to test

Hi All:

I have a "release candidate" of a new update for you to test.  It has the 
following changes:

1. When setting split on Icoms, the current split status according to LOGic 
is ignored.  So you can now screw with the split button on the rig, and 
LOGic will still set the proper split/simplex mode when setting the rig to a 
spot.  This is obviously an unneeded command in some cases, but 
preliminary reports is that you won't notice the difference.

In spite of this new feature, it is still recommended that you set the split 
mode using LOGic, not the rig's split button.  As there is no way to query 
the split status, and the radio does not notify LOGic when a split status 
change occurs, it could still log split freq when operating simplex and vice 
versa.

2. Fixed problem with Web Cluster windows not remembering their 
positions.

3. Updated "time warps" to accomodate the new daylight savings time 
schedule.
