[LOGic] Need help with Logic 8 Restore and saving my file. Had a computer issue

Need help.  Trying to setup a network in the shack and had to restore my
windows software system.  Did not lose the database information but Logic
will not run.  

 

Is there anyway I can save all my contacts and personal information.
