[LOGic] Tables Update for FJ

I had problems after the tables update, too. I had everything set up and
working properly before I did the update, but because of the implication
that the update had more than the FJ change, I did the download and
installation. When I was done, it didn't work. FJ was gone from my prefix
table and my prior FS changes were gone, too. Proof of the reversal was
that, when FJ came in on the spotting network, St. Martin came up again. I
had to go in manually and re-do the whole thing. Now, it seems to be OK
again, with the St. Barthelemy spots registering correctly in the spot log
and bringing up the correct progress view in the DXCC progress window. I'm
not sure why Dennis' tables update screwed things up for me, but it did.
