1. Add FJ to the DXCC list of valid values
2. dupe the FS record in the Prefix table and remove the FS or FJ prefix
from each so you have one of each
3. Put and end-date of Dec 13, 2007 on the record with the FJ Prefix
4. Dupe the FJ record again and change the key from FS to FJ and remove the
end-date and add a beginning-date of Dec 14, 2007

Restart logic.

I deleted the FJ from St Martin, added to St. Barthelemy as a new DX entity
to the DXCC tables using the info from the DXpedition's web site, then
modified the list of valid values accordingly.

How should LOGIC's prefix table changed to accommodate this new DXCC entity?

Searching for FJ brings up Saint Martin (FS, FJ), no mention of St.
Barthelemy.

Does St. Barthelemy become a new prefix table entry for FJ (and FJ is
removed from Saint Martin), or will this be another "overlapping" prefix
which may or may not be from one or both locations?
