[LOGic] Sending CW

Thats exactly the same problem I was having in my post
about a month ago.  I was looking for someone else to
experience it.

I spoke with Dennis about this problem (back in the
Spring of 2007) and he said he will have to make some
changes to the Winkeyer implementation in Logic when
he gets time.

Dennis, if you are reading this, any time frame?
