[LOGic] Digital Modes and Logic

I decided on the same route as Mel.  Use MixW independently, and then 
transfer to LOGic via ADIF.  I've talked to Dennis about a built in PSK 
module in LOGic.  He didn't make any commitment, but he put it on the 
list of possible enhancements to a future version.
