email, I downloaded again. Everything worked OK.  My FCC download is now
current through 12/02/07

Has anyone had trouble downloading the FCC (K) call book on a Vista machine?
A newly installed program on a new computer will not complete the 
download.  I see 25% then it "Times Out". No AV, spyware, firewalls etc 
running. Even tried Safe Mode.
