[LOGic] LoTW User Misc Utility

I have been having trouble accessing the FTP site 
ftp://hosenose.com/radio/logic and ftp://www.hosenose.com/pub/logic5 
using my browser. I have also tried using an FTP client (WS-FTP).without 
success.
 I also had used the "alternative HTTP DOWNLOAD link to access the FTP 
area, but know it only seems to bring up the current LOGic update only
