[LOGic] N8S note

Hi--

I have gotten several calls about LOGic not logging Swains Island when 
logging N8S.

I have put an update on the web site to add this prefix to the prefix table.  
But it is probably faster to go to tools/setup/prefix table, retrieve the KH*-S 
record, and add N8S_ to the list of prefixes. Don't forget the _. Without it 
N8SAA etc would also log as Swains.

NOTE that a proper prefix table lookup is NOT necessary to track the proper 
DXCC.  Just manually change the DXCC country to KH8-S.  If you have 
already worked N8S, check that you have KH8-S in the DXCC field.
