[LOGic] HELP W/ CQWW CONTEST LOG

I had difficulty setting up a contest logform for the CQWW DX contest, and
 instead used my standard logform for the contest.

 I now want to create a Cabrillo log which I can submit electronically.

 What are the steps to capture the dates/contacts I made, and trim them into
 the data required for the contest?

 The received signal reports & CQ Zones received are currently in the
 COMMENTS field of my log; it would be nice to auto-copy that data to 
another
 field, but I am OK with manually reentering them.

 All help greatly appreciated.
