[LOGic] Problem starting Logic 7 from Mixw

 Hi Jerry,
 
try that Logic7 runs first then MixW, I use to be this configuration when I
m in PSK31.
 
In the LOGIC7 UPDATES folder, you must create a filename named "start_mixw
prg" and it must contain the following lines (you must change 'Archivos de
programa' for 'Program files', my XP is the spanish version ;) :
 
 
 
 
* This starts MIXW.  Put this file in the UPDATES folder the LOGIC# 
* Folder.  Adjust the filename and working directory parameters if necessary
 
Declare integer ShellExecute in shell32 ;
 integer whnd, string operation, string  filename, string parameters, string
workingdirectory, integer showcmd

Shellexecute(0, "OPEN", "C:\Archivos de programa\MixW\mixw2.exe", "", 
C:\Archivos de programa\MixW", 1)
 
 
 
 
 
OK, now in Logic7 select 'MixW interface' from the 'Log' menu from your
Logform.
You must select only one of both for CAT control.
Close both programs, Logic7 and MixW.
 
Start ONLY Logic7.....    and MixW will show up at the same time and the
data logged/erased/edited in Mixw will be send to Logic.

I always start MixW 1st and then start Logic 7 next so that logic 7 
knows that mixw is running and will automatically import data from it. 
But if I try to use the OnStartMixW command <EXEC:C:\Logic7\logic.exe> 
in my default macro, I get all kinds of errors and can't start logic 7 
up. Anyone tried this and got this to work properly?
