[LOGic] QSL Bureau Service

I would like to have a field on the log form that tells me if the DXCC entity I am logging has a QSL Bureau or not. 
 
I did make a feeble attempt....I created a list of entities that have the service, and then I created a field called "QSL BURO" and made it a yes/no field. I then added this field to my log form. But that is as far as I got with my limited knowledge. 
 
Is it possible to have the log form compare the entity I am logging with my newly created list of countries that have QSL Bureaus, and if there is a match, to put a "YES" in the "QSL BURO" field ? (or a "NO" if there is not a match). So when I enter my contact with a UK from Uzbekistan (or any of the other 63 entities that do not have QSL Bureaus), it will tell me there is no QSL Bureau there, and I will know I have to QSL either direct or via a QSL manager.
