Yes, but please do not confuse this with the enhancement in my proposal.
This is the manual operation as I explained. I wish this to be automated in
two different optional methods and remove these manual steps.

If I am understanding correctly what you mean. I believe it can already be
done.
Just put the call sign in the via and click LOG, then CALLBOOK TO ADDRESS.
That will put the via call signs address in the address box instead of the
station
worked.
Hope this is what you were looking for.
