[LOGic] Can't Close Logic

I've ran into a couple of instances where I can't close Logic.  I'm not sure 
what I was doing the first time, but the second time I was importing LoTW 
qsl's.  I had no qsl's to import so I closed the window.  After closing the 
LoTW window, the main window didn't get focus.  I had to close out all of 
the windows withing Logic and reopen the log form before I was able to 
restore the 'red x' or the 'close' option in the file menu.  The 'close' 
option wasn't available by right clicking on the Logic icon on the taskbar 
either.  Anybody else have this problem?
