[LOGic] LOGic8 Update Spot Log Sort

I think I finally may have figured out the spotlog sort. After doing a 
frequency sort if you wish to put things back the way they were, do a sort 
on "CALL" followed by a sort on "TIME POSTED" it seems to put things back in 
order.
