[LOGic] Montenegro table updates

Hi all--

Thanks for the data on Montenegro that everyone sent.

I updated my tables, and posted them at the FTP site.  This may all be premature, but I 
used Z7 as the DXCC designator.  If this turns out to be incorrect, you will just have to fix 
any QSOs made using the Z7 designator.

The data is in the DATA folder of the LOGic FTP site:

ftp://hosenose.com/radio/logic/data/

Exit LOGic. Put cia_codes.dbf & prefix.dbf in the LOGIC8\DATA folder on your machine, 
overwriting what is there. Go to the start menu and select CLEAN UP INDEXES AND 
TEMPORARY FILES. Start LOGic.  Go to tools/setup/list of valid values.  Import 
DXCC.DBF.

Usually, I just publish screen shots of the new data, but in this case several changes needed 
to be made to Serbia's entries to accomodate Z7. After the prefix designator is finalized I'll 
write a little install program to automate everything.
