[LOGic] DXCC report

I'm getting ready to do a second submittal of cards for DXCC. It seems
to me that I should be able to print a report that will tell me which
cards to pull from my file. 

What I think makes sense is a report that will show the DXCC entities I
should have cards for in my file. This should be the entities I have
confirmed less the ones I have confirmed through LOTW. This should give
me an accurate pick list to send/take to an ARRL card checker.

The first batch of cards I sent in were tagged with DXCCSUB in the
comment field.

Has anyone done this already?
