Dear Xavier:
The problem is apparently with your firewall. It probably allows some
common ports automatically, but is apparently does not check port 13.
See if there is some option in your firewall to allow LOGic access to port 13.
COntact them if necesary.
I use the built-in windows XP firewall, and it works fine.
