[LOGic] LOTW Uploading Problem

I've been trying to upload to LOTW for the first time and
keep receiving a message that reads "Upload Failed."  I've
tried uploading the whole file (9,462 QSOs) and only a few
hundred QSOs and receive the same message.  My certificate
has not expired.

I'm using Logic 7.0 - has any one experienced a similar
problem?  Does anyone have any suggestions?
