[LOGic] Membership Internet Updates

The 3905 Century Club has changed the web site of their 40m and 75m
100-point certificate holders, so the updating feature in LOGic is no longer
working.  The new URLs are:

	http://www.3905ccn.com/awards-40meter-ssb-100.htm

	http://www.3905ccn.com/awards-75meter-ssb-100.htm

I have looked high and low for a way to update the URL in LOGic, and cannot
find it.  Is it hard-coded or did I miss it?
