[LOGic] Problems sorting by "BAND"

Yup... 8 is in fact greater than 6. It will do a string compare (left to
right) of the "Band" indicator. You must use "Frequency" if you are using
"<" or ">" operators. ie, for VHF just check "Frequency > 49.9"
