[LOGic] 8.0.47 update

Hi--

There was a problem winth the .46 update that so far has affected only one 
user.  He got an error when adding a QSO, on a particular log form only.

Anyway, download the latest update pse.

I haven't updated the web site to reflect this, but FYI, PROGRESS1 and 
PROGRESS2 will now update in real-time as you manually edit CQZ, 
ITUZ, IOTA, CNTY, etc.
