[LOGic] FCC Lookup not working

Hi Mel:
Still not working for the FCC.
1- I disabled my firewall
2- I upgraded Version 7.0.152 to Version 7.0.156
3- QRZ and University of Little Rock work fine.

I'm at a loss, it appears that the site is down, but you were able to access it.
