[LOGic] LOTW Upload Bug

Dennis,

I hope this finds you well.  I know there isn't much to go on here, but 
it's all the information I have at the moment.

I needed ZL on the WARC bands, and when I worked ZL4PW on a band and he 
showed up in LOTW, I started keeping my eye out for him as an easy 
electronic confirmation in the future.

I then worked him twice on 17 meters, but never got a confirmation, even 
though I got a confirmation for a 12 meter QSO on the same date, but a 
different upload from Logic.  It's so easy to upload from Logic, that I do 
it frequently, particularly if I get something interesting.

Anyway, in the debug session today, I found the two 17 meter Qs did not 
show up in LOTW, even though they were checked in Logic 7 as being 
successfully uploaded, and I did not receive any error messages on these 
uploads.

I unchecked the uploaded box for these contacts, re-sent them, and got my 
credits on the next QSL download.  Problem is, I show 10,840 uploaded QSOs 
(using the LOG report -- is that accurate?), and I have credit in LOTW for 
only 10,776.  I am running 7.0.152, and usually upgrade every couple of months.

I am certainly not sure this is a Logic 7 problem, but short of uploading 
the whole logbook again (ughhh), is there any way to reconcile which Qs are 
missing?
