[LOGic] Failed LOTW Uploads

This is sort of a continuing saga here. I noticed that my LOTW and Logic 7
totals were not in agreement, and some QSLs that should be confirmed
weren't. The investigation uncovered a few Qs tagged as uploaded and not
in the LOTW database, so I re-uploaded the whole 10K+ logbook. That was
fun. Thanks to all who assisted in making that easy to do.
Anyway, I have been keeping an eye on how things have worked since then,
and today I saw an upload of 15 Qs fail even though Logic7 stated they
completed successfully. The failure mode was that none of the Qs
posted. Let me be clear that without some test equipment to show the
transaction at http level, I doubt that you can determine which end of the
session is failing. However, just based on the maturity of the two
software components, I would investigate the LOTW software before I took
the oxyacetylene to Logic7.
Until someone says they figured it out and fixed it, I am going to upload
less frequently, and confirm the posting afterwards. Not real convenient,
but better than re-sending everything because you don't know what's missing.
I'm not sure there is any additional code that Dennis can write that will
trap a failed upload, or whether that is even a good use of his time, but I
think all of us LOTW users on need to be aware of the problem.
