[LOGic] Incoming QSL "stuck" in LoTW download

This is a minor annoyance, no big deal -- but I can't figure out why it is
happening.

Whenever I download incoming LoTW QSLs, there is one old QSO that is ALWAYS
on the list, either with other QSLs or all by itself. (The "Already" box is
checked, of course.) This is a QSO that is over a year old, and this QSL has
been "stuck" in my incoming QSL stream for months. Does anyone know why this
would happen? How to make it go away?
