[LOGic] Telnet window freezes

Folks:

I am using Logic 7.0.137 and recently the Telnet window has frozen.  I 
can't close it and it won't respond to any clicks.  It continues to connect 
and send spots to the Spot Log but there is no way I can close it so that 
it doesn't open the next time I open Logic.

Anyone seen this before?  I am using XP.  I am using the Orion radio 
interface and the M2 rotor interface but I don't think the malfunction is 
related to these.
