[LOGic] Importing XMLog to LOGic7?

Unfortunately I only used XMLog for a short time before deciding to stay 
with LOGic. I created an ADIF from within XMLog but, since I no longer 
have it on my computer, I can't remember how it was done. The XMLog web 
site specifically states it will import/export ADIF so the feature is 
there among the menus.
