[LOGic] Help: Error Messages

Any ideas on the following problem:

I'm adding addresses to individual log records for direct QSLing.  My 
problem seems to occur when I have the "Callbooks" form open.

In the callbook window when I click on COPY to send the address to the log 
record's Address field - or sometimes if I just click on the log record's 
address field, I get a Program Error window that says: "Cursor cannot be 
modified because it contains an unsaved record."  The usual choices are 
there:  Cancel, Ignore and Help.  There is no Help but for once, "Ignore" 
does work and I can proceed.

Also if I allow the callbook window to access QRZ.COM, I get a different 
and larger error window that cannot be cleared and which ultimately crashes 
LOGic.   I've had to disable the QRZ option.

I'm using LOGic version 7.0.144 on the XP-Pro OS.  This problem is very 
intermittent and happens about one out of six times I copy the address.
