[Logic] Avery Personal Label Printer

I use a Seiko 100 with LOGic and find it very convenient to print a fast
address label. The printer is supposed to show up as one of your printer
selections in windows but for some reason mine doesn't. It would be a lot
easier to use if it did but even using cut and paste it works fast and makes
a nice label.
