[Logic] LOGic v.7.0.131 - Radio Control Panel w/Icom 775 Driver

Has anyone who has installed v7.0.131 and using the Icom 775 driver (rigs
with main/sub) experienced the radio control panel not being able to be
sized to a single row height ?

Prior to this version I had it sized to a single row of buttons no taller
than the frequency readout, now it can not be reduced to less than two rows
of buttons, about 1-1/2 times the single row height.  I can't tell if more
buttons were added or if its an anomaly with this latest version.
