[Logic] Logic 7 and Win XP

I logged on as Administrator (verified by looking at the top of the list
that appears when I click on the <Start> button).

I go into Control Panel. Everything appears the same as my privileged
user. There is still no Folders option.

I go into My Computer, go to D:\apps\, and right-click on the
d:\apps\logic7\ folder. I don't get a Security option.

Are we both using the same Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed?
