[Logic] Logic 7 and Win XP

Thanks for the suggestion; no offense taken. I'm a programmer by trade
but far from an expert with XP (I prefer Linux).
I logged in as my privileged user, opened My Computer, double-clicked
the D: drive, then the d:\apps directory. I right-click on the
d:\apps\logic7 directory, and I do not get a "security" tab. The dialog
that displays has 3 tabs: General, Sharing, and Customize. There is no
Security tab.
Is "privileged" user insufficient (do I need to log in to the
Administrator account)?
