[Logic] Changing field size in Log screen

Folks:

I would like to change the Pwr field size to contain no decimals and the 
Freq field to 3 decimals.  I have used the Misc Utilities program to 
presumably change the fields in the database just fine.  When I bring up 
the Control Properties dialog box for changing the digits on the screen, 
the only option seems to be "0" which defaults to the number of digits in 
the database field.  But this results in no change on the "Log --Main" screen.

Am I missing something?  I am using the transceiver interface to my 
Orion.  But that shouldn't limit my Pwr field in any way.  I am confused.
