[Logic] Forms/WebCluster choices

I am using LOGic7.  My forms menu contains both:
      "WebCluster DX Summit"
        and
      "WebCluster DX Summit Again"

I don't understand the difference between these items, nor when one should 
be used as opposed to the other, etc.,  etc.   Can someone clarify?
