[Logic] OLE Error Code 0x80070003

Hi all,
after months I took courage with both hands and I decided installing version 7.
I have done the job necessary to have both my log and my XYL ones both on 
different directories with the correct INSTANCES copied from version 6. 
Everything seems going correctly, but when I launch the program AFTER A 
CLEAN I obtain a:
" OLE error code 0x80070003: impossible to find path"

IGNORE, CANCEL HELP are the choices within the error window.

Pressing CANCEL everything quits and nothing happens

Pressing IGNORE the program starts and everything seems apparently going 
well, but I'd like to avoid such errors for the fear of loosing qso's in 
future or worse.
After indexes files had been restored and created, on the follwing runs of 
LOGIC 7 I obtain a diffrent error, but pressing IGNORE I can start using 
program. Below the different fault I get:

Error 1426: OLE error code 0x80070003 : Impossible to find specified path 
in the program: LOGICAPP.AFTER_INIT, line 24

How to resolve them? I would like avoiding installing everything 
again...Any help?
