[Logic] Spots Not Flowing

This is probably a very simple adjustment, and I know I've had it 
working before, but for some reason right now I can't get my Spot Log to 
"flow" the spots coming in either via telnet or DXcluster.  I have to 
restarted the form for DXcluster to get new spots or do the same with 
telnet 1.  Once I restart one of the other proces all the new spots flow 
into the Spot Log, but then new spots do not flow in until I restart it 
manually again.  I'm probably overlooking something obvious, because as 
I said, I've had it working many times before.  I'm currently using the 
latest version of LOGic 7.
