[Logic] Batch Update of LOTW Sent

Hi James

When you do an upload you have the ability to filter which records to 
upload. Select those QSOs on or after a certain date. (> than or = to). 
Also, Logic has an option to not send those QSOs already uploaded. If 
you said yes when asked to check records sent when you did the first 
upload you should have no problem. Hope this helps.
