[Logic] IOTA conversion..

After installing v.7 I realize that in a past life (I've used LOGic 
since v2) my IOTA entries used the format XX0000 (NA001). Current 
conventuon is to use XX-)))) (NA-001). It's been a long time since I 
wrote any database strings and I presume there is no PRG to clean this up.

Can someone suggest the correct command line string to insert the dash 
after the second character of the IOTA (USER?) field so I don't have to 
manually change 300+ entries?
