[LOGic] LoTW question

Hello group,

I've just tried to upload my log file to the ARRL LoTW using Logic version 
7.0.126 (using the QSLing function "upload QSO's to LoTW").

It seems to work fine and is building the file as evidenced by a progress 
bar and a counter.  Once this finishes and asks for the signature password, 
the window closes and states "upload failed."

Sure enough, when I log into the website for LoTW, there are no records.

Does anyone have any idea what I may be doing wrong?  I've tried it 50 times 
with same result  :-(
