[LOGic] How Do You Change The Alert Audio Notification?

Anyone know what file I have to swap to change the audio notification of an 
alert?

Aeons ago, I did this successfully, but it completely escapes me now, and 
all I have managed to do is break the audible alert notification so it goes 
from "alert, alert" to "a-l-e-r-t" phonetically.  Aaarghhhh (not 
phonetically).!

I have this nice .wav file that will wake the dead.  That's what I want to 
play when an alert is announced.
