[LOGic] Logic6 and LOTW question.

I need to submit more log entries for LOTW from Logic6. I need to know how to separate the last few months of entries to submit as I understand you do not want to submit the entire log again. I am not sure how you export a portion of a log, for example this last year, to a cabrillo file. I know it would be easy with Logic7 which I may upgrade to in the near future but for now...wat say?
